Saint d’Ici use Payfast as a verified payment gateway on the website. As such, Saint d’Ici do not store any customer credit card information on the Website.
Account information is protected by an SLS certificate and we commit to treating such information as confidential. Whilst we will do all things reasonably necessary to protect your rights of privacy, we cannot guarantee or accept any liability whatsoever for unauthorised or unlawful disclosures of your personal information, whilst in our possession, made by third parties who are not subject to our control, unless such disclosure is as a result of our gross negligence.

In terms of a limited licence, granted for general use, Saint d’Ici grants the user, subject to these Terms and Conditions, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited and revocable right to access, display, use, download and otherwise copy the current and future content of the website for your personal, non-commercial and informational purposes only.
In addition, Saint d’Ici grants you permission to copy and distribute information from the Website for non-commercial purposes, provided that: (i) this information has not been sourced from third parties; (ii) you notify Saint d’Ici of such use; and (iii) Saint d’Ici is acknowledged as the source by reference to the Website address.
This Website and its Contents may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, resold or otherwise used for any commercial purpose without the express prior written consent of Saint d’Ici.
Pricing
The website displays prices in Rand (R) and US Dollars ($), depending on your country of origin. The exchange rate between the currencies is not necessarily at official exchange rates and, rather, at the sole discretion of Saint d’Ici, as determined by commercial needs. Items to be delivered in South Africa are quoted inclusive of sales taxes. Items to be delivered to all countries except South Africa are quoted exclusive of sales taxes. Taxes and import duties resulting from the purchase of a product on the Website is payable by the you, as determined by port and customs authorities in your respective country. Saint d’Ici reserves the right to modify the prices listed on the Website from time to time.
Shipping
Saint d’Ici undertakes to accept and deliver orders within the limit of available stocks. In case items are temporarily or permanently unavailable, we will send you an e-mail so that you are informed. You will then have the option of modifying or canceling your order. In case of a cancellation because of the temporary or permanent non-availability of items, we undertake to give you a full refund as quickly as possible. In confirming your order, you are accepting all of our general conditions of sale. Saint d’Ici takes no responsibility for lost shipments although we will do our best to track them down.
Delivery times will vary according to the destination and type of delivery. Saint d’Ici cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Delayed delivery will not give rise to any penalty nor indemnity, and cannot be used as reason for cancelling the order.
Please also note that tracked deliveries that cannot be delivered because of absent clients will be shipped again at the client’s expense or cancelled. For specific delivery lead times, please contact us with your request before placing your order. Once an order has been placed, the shipping option cannot be modified.
Your order will be shipped to the delivery address you provided.
Please make sure to provide all the details needed including apartment/suite/building number, and the company name if needed.
Returns and exchanges
All creations are final sale, as all Saint d’Ici creations are hand-prepared to order with hand-written labels, we do not accept returns nor exchanges. However, the item will be replaced at Saint d’Ici’s cost (including shipping) should there be quality problems such as pump malfunction, etc.
The transfer of risks attached to the items sold by Saint d’Ici shall take place upon handing-over to the carrier. If the items sent do not conform to your order, or should they be defective, they will be replaced and in this case, the return costs are payable by Saint d’Ici.
User submissions
Saint d’Ici strives to create an interactive relationship with the members of its Website and services. User comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Saint d’Ici on or by this Website shall be and remain Saint d’Ici property. Users assign all property rights and interests to Saint d’Ici allowing our company unlimited use, commercial or otherwise, of any comments. Furthermore, Saint d’Ici shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay to users any compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any user comments.
